Refund and Returns Policy

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange it will be for the same item only. Please send us an email to donna@mysweettlife.com and we will walk you through the process. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning items, you may consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
